You may think that FlyHigh! has just to do with innovation, technological development and finding new ways to raise profits. However, we at Baba, want to suggest another interpretation, as a possibility to take advantage of a favorable position in a virtuous way, to raise awareness on social issues. Focusing on the disability employment gap, Beco, a UK toiletry company whose 80% of the workforce is disabled, launched the “Steal Our Staff” campaign, in the hope to shed a light on the problem and help others to see the value in hiring disabled workers. Composed of short tv commercials, press releases as well as the printing of employees’ CVs on Beco’s packaging, the purpose was helping them finding their ideal job and stimulate companies to take action. #DARE and discover how you can FlyHigh! in your personal way…
